Embedded Projects.
Embedded system is a combination of software, mechanical and hardware components. Projects on embedded system need microprocessor, microcontroller and digital signal processor. Electronics and electrical engineering students are specialized in creating embedded based projects. AVR microcontroller, PIC microcontroller and 8051 microcontroller based application projects are part of embedded system projects. A specific chip is used to hold both hardware and software components. Final year projects as well as mini projects can be done on embedded system with our concern. We provide embedded projects based on PIC for security that may result in splitting OS as application OS and security OS which reduces design cost and energy consumption. We offer Embedded based projects that can increase more effective communication.
Embedded systems Project Ideas.
We offer a wide range of embedded projects on metal detector robot, door lock control; water level indicator and password protection. Embedded controller is controlled using screen sensor through touch. Robotics and android based projects are also possible through embedded system.
Constraints for Building Embedded System Projects
Components used to build embedded systems projects.
Three types of components present in the embedded system projects.
Hardware components of embedded system:
- Timers.
- Interrupt controller.
- Memory.
- Port.
- Processor.
- I/O devices.
Application software:
Multiple tasks are simultaneously performed through application software. Application specific program is executed based on the norms of RTOS. Real time operating system cannot take up small scale embedded system. Real time system is an extended version of application software.

Classification of Embedded Systems Projects.
Embedded system projects can be classified based on complexity, performance, triggering, generation and deterministic behavior.
Based on complexity: There are three types of complexity based embedded systems. They are as follows:
Small scale embedded system: It is low cost and also low in performance with 8116 bit micro-controller or microprocessor.
Medium scale embedded system:It needs complex firmware and hardware. It delivers medium performance with low cost. 16 to 32 bit microprocessor is used. It supports only specific operating system.
Large scale embedded systems:It is a very complex firmware and software. It requires 32 to 64 bit microprocessors or microcontrollers.
Based on triggering: It is a reactive nature which classifies as time triggered and event triggered embedded systems.
Based on generation: On the basis of generation four types are classified:
- First generation systems.
- Second generation systems.
- Third generation systems.
- Fourth generation systems.
Based on deterministic behavior: Real time system can execute its task by means of deterministic and non deterministic character. Based on this embedded system is further divided as soft and hard.
Applications of Embedded Systems:
- Household appliances.
- Antilock braking systems.
- Computer networking system.
- Card readers.
- Consumer electronics.
- Telecom applications.
- Health care machines.
